Our physical store in Grey Lynn will be closed to the public from 18th August 2021, until Auckland is back down to level 2. Our website will be fully functional, with all orders being delivered to your home as usual. We also offer contactless click and collect services. Our website accepts credit cards, as well as bank transfers.
Our in-store customers who have never shopped online before can continue gaining loyalty points on the same account. All you need to do is use your registered email as the username and password when you first register on the website.
Contactless Click and Collect:
Customers who prefer to collect from our store are able to choose "Click and collect” when checking out on our website. We will email you when it is ready to be collected (please check your junk mail if you don't hear from us).
This needs to be contactless. All customers must either stay in their cars or stand at least 2m away from the entrance, contact us via phone or email, and give us their name. We will then leave your order on the loading bay for you to collect once we have gone back inside.
Please do not come up the stairs.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the significant increase in parcel volumes with the courier companies over level 3, we are experiencing delays with delivery of at least 4-8 working days. We are doing all we can to get your orders delivered to you as fast as possible. Please order in advance or click and collect your order if urgent.
We have very high demand online at the moment and some products may become out of stock temporarily. Please contact us with your requests, and we can advise you on when they will likely come back in stock.
If you do not have access to the internet, we are more than happy to take orders over the phone. Your order will then be delivered to your home or can be contactlessly collected from the store.
Our store will be open normal hours for collection of orders only.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the product that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the product or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). You will be contacted and receive a full refund if your order is cancelled.
