COVID-19 NOTICE

The safety of our customers and staff members are of utmost importance. To fight against COVID-19, we have decided to only trade through our online website, taking phone orders and by implementing contactless click and collect.

Our physical store in Grey Lynn will be closed to the public from 6pm on the 25th March 2020 until the lockdown has been lifted. Our website will be fully functional, with all orders being delivered to your home as usual. Our website accepts credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Our in-store customers who have never shopped online before can continue gaining loyalty points on the same account. All you need to do is use your registered email as the username and password when you first register on the website.

During this time, we will have very high demand online and some products may become out of stock temporarily. Please contact us with your requests, and we can advise you on when they will likely come back in stock.


Contactless Click and Collect:
Customers who prefer to collect from our store are able to choose "Click and collect” when checking out on our website. You can collect all in stock items immediately after purchase. If you purchase an item that is on backorder (in stock with our suppliers), we will email you when it is ready to be collected.

To minimize close contact, we advise that all customers stay in their cars (or stand at least 2m away from the entrance), contact us via phone or email, and give us their name and order number. We will then leave your order on the front steps for you to collect once we have gone back inside.

If you do not have access to the internet, we are more than happy to take orders over the phone. Your order can then be delivered to your home, or collected from the store.

Our store will be open normal hours for collection of orders only.
Our opening hours are:

Monday - Friday:  8:30am-6pm
Saturday:            9am-5pm
Sunday:              10am-4pm

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
