IMPORTANT LOYALTY PROGRAMME CONDITIONS

To ensure fairness for all customers, the following conditions apply:

Loyalty Account Requirement

     Customers must be signed up to the Pet.Kiwi Loyalty Programme to earn stamps, rewards or free products

     Guest checkouts are not eligible for loyalty rewards, even if multiple qualifying items are purchased in one transaction

     Loyalty rewards cannot be added after checkout if a customer chooses not to log in or register at the time of purchase

Bulk Purchases

     Purchasing multiple qualifying items in a single transaction does not override loyalty requirements

     A free item is only issued after the required number of purchases has been recorded against a registered loyalty account

Discounted and Short-Dated Stock

     Clearance items, short-dated stock, promotional discounts, expiry-related discounts and manager’s specials do not count toward loyalty programme purchases

     Free items cannot be redeemed using discounted or short-dated stock

     Loyalty rewards apply only to full-priced items unless otherwise stated

Staff Discretion

     Pet.Kiwi reserves the right to refuse loyalty rewards where programme conditions have not been met

     All loyalty decisions made by staff in line with these Terms and Conditions are final

 

RECOMMEND A FRIEND AND RECEIVE A $10 GIFT VOUCHER

Receive a $10 gift voucher loaded to your loyalty account each time you recommend a friend who makes a purchase.

Conditions:

     Your friend must write your name in the comments at online checkout or mention your name in store

     The voucher is issued after the friend’s completed purchase

     Referral vouchers are non-transferable and linked to your loyalty account
